Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...]

In muslim country, there is a need to get time for daily five prayer, especially for sun rise time (end of fajr prayer) and sun set time (beginning of magrib prayer) which have variability in result of calculation because of the differences of height of places. Please, them to be available in next Stellarium release, because until now (Stellarium 23.1) if we choose a place with height other than 0 meter from the surface of sea the result is not agree with reality.

The times given for rise and set are relative to the mathematical horizon, regardless of altitude of place. We don't know the Muslim rules exactly. Are mountains on the horizon delaying the sunrise used for prayer? What about the fajr rule? According to my sources, this prayer should be done, according to Safi'ite practice, between 20min past begin of astronomical morning twilight (Imsak) until solar altitude reaches -1°; or, following Hanifite practice, 45 minutes before sunrise until sun reaches -1°. These solar altitudes can be computed easily, but only for the mathematical horizon.

A consideration of the local horizon has been prepared years ago, but is still not complete. Someone (preferrably Muslim, to make sure rules are accurately implemented) could develop a plugin for prayer times. Or you use any other resources, not everything has to be in Stellarium.

This is a good task for the community to participate in the contribution into Stellarium. Who wants to help us?
