It shouldn't be possible to run installer of the 64-bit version on 32-bit Windows without notice #3492

I've just downloaded the weekly snapshot of 64-bit version of Stellarium, and by mistake installed into a 32-bit Wine prefix. The installation completed without any complaint, but checking the "Run Stellarium" checkbox after the installation results in a failure to launch.

It would be useful if either the installer itself was a PE64 executable (thus wouldn't run on Win32), or it checked architecture of the OS where it's running and showed a warning when it's incompatible with the software being installed.
