Stepwise running #3890

Expected Behaviour

Smooth running the scene when fast forward or fast backward mode is enabled

Actual Behaviour

When satellites plugin is enabled and fast forward/fast backward mode (over x1000) is enabled then the scene has jittering - look like stepwise running.

System

Stellarium version: master (ccf6237) and 24.2
Operating system: Windows 10
Graphics Card: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630
Screen type (if applicable): 1680x1050
