nodal concentrated load and spring damper elements are not written to the input files correctly #135

Question regarding the right way is outstanding

new process should be added to the projectparameters.json which looks like:

{"python_module": "set_nodal_parameters_process", "kratos_module": "StemApplication", "process_name": "SetNodalParametersProcess", "Parameters": { "model_part_name":"choose_model_part_name"} }

and constituive law should not be written to nodal_concentrated elements and to spring_dampers
