No overlay or video when taking off (copter) #81

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Arm APM in stabilize
2.gently raise the throtle to @ 45% or until the copter starts taking off slowly

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A black image with some white dots, no overlay or video whatsoever. What i 
expect: clear image and osd display

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Apm 3.1.5 with latest minimosd firmware

Please provide any additional information below.

The video transmitter works properly as i have some sort of signal on the 
ground, no static whatsoever. The black screen resembles the minimosd being 
shut off with the video-out pin being pulled to ground (via onboard 70ohm 
resistor). Important: when landing i get my video back but absolutly no osd 
data until i reset (onboard button) the minimosd board.

Closed as we have a new version.

Ifthe problem is still present please reopen it.
