Hello
I'v tryed to debug this with hardware - because to software it looks too random.
I'v found that Voltage regulator on V2.0 board really sucks. My first board get
only 3.9V from it (not working at all- shadows and hazzy OSD), second one 4.5V
...I'v switched to 5.3V from APM PM with shottky diode with 0.3V drop. Then my
OSD become rock solid. Check your regulator voltages please

Hi, I'll do that, thanks. But I don't know where the regulator is located and
how it does look like... Any hint?

Have this isuue on all of my 3 OSDs. They all different versions 1.0, 1.1, 2.0.
All have that. I've tried different schemes of powering them and different
firmwares (even Rushduino for MultiWii). It does not solves the problem.
Voltage measurements shows acceptable voltage on MAX7456. Issue appears more
frequent if board is cooled to near zero or colder temperature. I think the
problem is not in ATMega. Because there is signal on it's outputs visible with
oscilloscope. Something happens with MAX7456
