[Feature Request] Allow opening multiple new displays #20

This could be very useful. eg. to VNC into separate displays on other devices. Also creating "headless" instances could also be nice to reduce clutter on the desktop.

I would love this to split my super ultrawide into two or three borderless virtual displays!
