The availability of settings to adjust email notifications to area managers 
informing them that they've received a report request. Also, perhaps options to 
be emailed for every request or a once a day notification with the manager able 
to set a time for the email to be sent? (to stop mailbox clogging if the 
feature really takes off in the future)I think google groups (or whatever it's 
now called) used to be able to deliver a daily digest of happenings on a group 
which is the same sort of thing I was thinking.
