Hungarian translation #41

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Your profile.
2. Set the Front-end language in Basic settings to Hungarian.
3. Press Submit.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Field names and buttons displayed in Hungarian.
Actually: Several fields displayed in English (User Profile/City, Country, 
Phone, Web site). The button "COM_USERS_REQAREA" has no translation. The 
translation of the Submit button should be "Elküld" instead of "Indítás".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
