What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The end of the road construction is unknown
2. The restricted area (down town) will never finish

"Never" sholud be a valid value.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I tried to write it instead of the date. I recived a confirmation message, but 
in the database the ID row was highlighted in red.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 22.0.1229.94 on Mac OSX 10.6.8

Please provide any additional information below.
