URGENT! Cannot manage events in my area #45

As I tried to explain in earlier messages, I can edit and manage events in my 
area such as road construction, but can't do the same with policeman (used like 
asterix06 did to alert wazers about restricted area in Milano center) to 
determine restricted area in Como city.

I enter everything as I use to do with road construction, set an end date 
(since it will never end I usually add  100 years at present date), set 
policeman as type and that's it.

After doing so I press SAVE AS EVENT, receive the confirm message that 
everything went well, check pressing DATABASE whether the record has been 
entered or not (and it always is entered) but after a few minutes it disappears 
from the table and is never shown on the map....
