The events Expected-end-date should be editable #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an event with specific end date, but you not sure when will it end 
(road constuction)
2. At expected end time the event disappears from Client, but not from 
Feed-the-waze, it is good
3. We cannot edit the end time, if construction continues.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We should be able edit the end time of the event.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Feed-the-waze, Firefox
