Feed The Waze - United States Version #70

Are there any plans to allow reporting in the US for Feed The Waze? If so, do 
we know when we can expect it? All I've been told so far is that it is not 
possible, if it is not planned anytime soon, any reason why it is not? Can we 
in the US create our own? Why Int'l but not the States?
