Fixes for breaking changes introduced by klipper #91

This PR is a fork from @pluuuk and with one little additional change to a recent klipper commit which broke the functionality of dwc2-for-klipper again after @pluuuks fixes the majority in the past.

really sorry but there are simply to many "workarrounds"

No need to be sorry, i just took what worked the best for the time being and just made the last change myself. I have no clue of python programming, so i didn't know better ^^
