New Sol-Ark 15K Dongle serial # starts with an E #477

Intergration will not accept a device serial number that starts with a Letter. Mine starts with E4A........

No. Never heard back. Went with solar assistant instead and it has been working perfect.

Hah, figured s much. I have removed it. Sounds like the dev is MIA anyway.
