what you update OS? or Core? I have same problem when install OS - Home assistant OS 12.2

edit: I tried to reverto to solarman 1.4.3 and it start working again

Sorry, I can't help you there. If you have followed the explanation in link and the terminal is not working you've got bigger problems with HA
