Causal forests? #14

Hi Stephan, I was just thinking, would it make sense / be feasible to include splitting rules and/or "honesty" as described in S. Athey, J. Tibshirani, and S. Wager. Generalized random forests. The Annals of Statistics, 47(2): 1148–1178, 2019.?

I am not deep enough into the theory of random forest and this implementation for multidimensional data, so I thought I'd simply ask. Thanks!
