libpng 1.6.34 needs the linemarker workaround again #50

This was added in 22e4052 for libpng 1.6.17 and removed in d22688b for libpng 1.6.18. Now libpng 1.6.34 needs it again, but I don't know why. (Diffing the sources didn't reveal anything obvious.)
