GitHub: Why can't I configure Autolink References? #70

GitHub supports autolink references which I've been able to configure in other repos: https://help.github.com/en/github/administering-a-repository/configuring-autolinks-to-reference-external-resources

However, this repo's Settings page is simply missing the "Autolink references" section, and I don't understand why.

Aha, https://github.blog/2019-10-14-introducing-autolink-references/ explains:

Starting today, GitHub can automatically transform shorthand references into clickable links for GitHub Pro, Team, and Enterprise plans.
