ALL: Export a collection from Memory Database mode to File Database mode #553

[x] Select new file for target
[x] delete file if exists already (the selection including a choice question)
[x] load all catalogs/indexes
[x] export all tables and data to file
[x] progress dialog while loading catalogs
[x] progress dialog while exporting
[ ] number of files based on group_id 0 (physical only)
