[X] Python interacts with the docker container successfully
[X] Guide updated in the readMe to help devs understand how to install the docker container.

The bottom shows what the outcome of the running the database.py script will do. More work needs to be done to help make the database workflow complete such as python file with queries and necessary encapsulation for the database connection.

Here are some features the database should do

[x] Allow users to log in (the db can check if the username and password are valid) Once done it will return a valid account ID. That we can use to track the users transaction history. Their name is also returned
[ ] Metrics on what categories A user has bought (clothes, food)
[ ] What the persona of the user is
[ ] Specific metrics based on year and month

Hi team in this new series of commits I want to close Issue #2 as it was shown that python was able to interact with the database.

Also I managed to link flask with the database so that you can figure out authentication so this in effect closes #12 .

Here are some exciting screenshots of how it looks like

You can see that the two endpoints are as follows

verify_user which is used to see that a user exists in the db
account_details which returns details about a user given that they have access to the database
