Can't add CSV file to Queensland Globe #2

Tried adding QRide data to Queensland Globe and got

Warning: "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Stephen-Gates/service-locations/master/point-data/171027qrideprovidersa.csv" has not been added: Invalid or Unsupported url

Just noticed the data includes non UTF-* characters. Will try another dataset.

Nope nicely packaged gocard retailer data doesn't work either.
