Couple of ideas:
Some kind of inventory management minigame where you have to pack miscellaneous items into a box to be prepared for shipping. Could have a tetris style spin on it where you get a set amount of space to pack as many differently shaped items into it. Bonuses for filling X% of the box and maybe also for getting X number of boxes out of the door quickly (in my mind this would be timed and so could reward more tokens at the end if the number of boxes completed exceeds some arbitrary threshold).
Boxes or some kind of other item is repeatedly thrown out of the back of a lorry and the player has to catch them and place them on some conveyor which leads offscreen. Boxes would break upon hitting the ground and produce no reward. Player would be able to stack the boxes that they are holding but only up to a limit, otherwise the player would drop all the boxes and get no reward. Would supposedly run infinitely as long as the player could keep up and bonus tokens could be awarded based on how long they manage to last.
stand guard in an area. do some tasks if you spot threats. maybe basic if at 50% balance but gets a lot harderThis is done better in minigame No.3 #19 by @OneEyedBanshee
What should No.2 be? What is another boring mind numbing job we can parody?
