token reward + spending system #9

purgatory minigames are arcade like so we need to get tokens for doing well in minigames - more/less depending on how well you do gotta spend tokens for stuff in purgatory. not sure what, needs discussion ("supplies", more time, ?)

core of it is you should be able to get tokens (Added to GameState or PlayerState?) and able to spend them

maybe there's a character/object you can interact with in purgatory to spend tokens..?
