Support for EU dexcom accounts? #109

It appears that Nightwatch only connects to the US server, or did I miss an option there? When using the EU dexcom app and sharing, with my EU account name and password, Nightwatch just never starts reading data.

I'm trying to connect too as seems way easier than using nights out etc, but not working The Dexcom Follow app works fine (sent an invite from my wife's xdrip+ app) but would rather use nightwatch as it also has widgets etc

We are in the UK and use the apk which AdrianLxM has kindly provided here - https://raw.githubusercontent.com/AdrianLxM/NightWatch/apks/apks/NightWatch-ShareNonUS.apk

This will use shareous1.dexcom.com (outside US server) instead of share1.dexcom.com (US server) .

Lovely, thanks, that works. I went and got nightscout set up but this will help people who struggle to set that up as the Dexcom share method is much easier. Be great if it was published on the main site clearly
