Alerts only vibrate #119

We just switched over from dexcom follow and are only getting vibrate alerts and no audible ones. Also cannot change the repeat time on the low and high alert settings.

Hey I had this same issue and it was frustrating and I figured this out on my own and it seemed to work afterwards even though it seems like it shouldn't effect it. So in the upper left hand corner click on the 3 lines and then go down to settings and then down to bg alerts settings and then bg alerts profile. Change that to one of the other ones there like high or medium and the sound will work for you.

Thanks that worked! But still can't change the snooze time on high and low profiles from 30mins? I can scroll the time but it doesn't change.

For some reason I am having that same issue. I am going to get with the developer and let them know what's going on with that and hopefully they can get it fixed in one of their upcoming nightly builds to test out. Thanks for brining that up.
