I am in the United States. I installed nightwatch three days ago to be able to see my dexcom data on my samsung smartwatch. The app worked fine till yesterday when it got stuck on a reading and failed to update either on my phone or smartwatch. I uinstalled and reinstalled the app yesterday and it worked fine for a while but got stuck again this morning. The reading on the nightwatch app on my phone (and watch) does not update and does not match the dexcom app readings.
Nightwatch is no longer being supported, sadly. As an alternative Xdrip can work with Nightscout to follow, just as nightwatch does.
