6 years ago I have similar problem. I have G4, wixel bridge and Huawei p9 lite with latest android firmware. I have had xDrip app during last year without problems. Yesterday I updated to xDrip+ latest version and I am not able to connect both devices. It seems wixel is connected but not paired. It showed me the same message: not bounded. As well I click on Disable, tap to Enable, and not finish the connection and app keeps trying and trying, later some errors appears as Bounding is failing, better to disconnect it. I do not know what to do now, I reinstall an old xDrip app and it worked perfectly but I want to have the latest version.
I tried the typical actions to turn it off and on, etc etc Any suggestions? Thanks
First time trying to set up xdrip and G4... have a Samsung j3 and it paired initially and says 'connected' but says 'not bonded' and the home screen is stuck on 'need 2 recordings from transmitter'. In addition the app will say mongo number up fails, time out after 30000ms. Now when I do a Bluetooth scan nothing comes up (but blue led stays solid) Lastly, when I'm charging the wixel no led light shows... help!
