/pebble endpoint does not work with count param #232

Hey, @StephenBlackWasAlreadyTaken @jamorham I was working on Glance and noticed that the /pebble endpoint does not support count like spike and nightscout both do. In an effort to standardize endpoints would it be possible to add the param count to the /pebble endpoint?
