Added documentation to implement the voltage divider for measuring the wixel's battery.

Unfortunately I cant merge it because of conflicts, on your end you will want to make sure dexdrip is set as a remote and then git merge whateverremoteyounamedit/master You will get some merge conflicts but with android studio they are super easy to clean up (Vcs -> git -> conflicts)
