One app I previously used was Sentector. This will let you trigger SMS or email notifications if a certain sound is detected on the microphone. If you ran this on the bridge phone running xDrip it would probably detect the Alert alarm for you and then send you a text.
I know this is a bit of a fudge and ideally xDrip would send the texts from within the app but I have used this successfully in the past with just the audio alerts from the pump overnight and found it fairly workable.
I hope that helps! Let me know how you get on...
I was looking into, but new at programming android, other than theming and slight modifications. I was wanting to have it when bs got low or high or high/low rate to send a text message. I was wanting something to display in my car when I'm driving. Any input on where to look into, please let me know.
