Redefine Trailing-Edge Planform around Rear Rotor #14

The rear trailing edge, for the section between the vertical fins, is arbitrary and at the mercy of the wing blend, and should be reworked to have a true circular cutout while retaining, as much as possible, a nice crisp trailing edge.

While this does tamper with OML, geometry is not altered too far as to merit v2.0.x, may be folded into 1.1.x.
