Fix Surface Geometry Flaw on Wingtips/caps #17

Using the Surface Analysis Studying Inspector, I've found some flaws in the design along the wingtips. The Gaussian Curvature visual shows that the blend is flawed with ripples. This needs to be reworked. Image:
