Nacelle Redesign-Redesign: Fat-Footprint Reduction and Bearing Pocket Swap #30

On the verge of finishing #26 , the new design is very fat, almost 40mm wide when viewed from above, which is an increase in the blown surface area and cross-section. I've wasted a bunch of time trying to reduce that footprint to be close to what the v2.0 nacelle was, but too much is getting broken in the process and this can wait until v2.2 or future.

Related to this, the ball-bearing pockets should be shifted to the motor tilt mount, with the retaining shaft secured and bonded at the nacelle side. The current design has the bearing pockets in the nacelle arm/fork, and the motor tilt mount has the retaining shaft bonded. This was to avoid interfering with the motor well, but on review, the motor tilt mount has enough room to support a bearing pocket without intersecting with other geometry.

Design also needs to address any contact with the ground; this new design drops the tilt linkages lower and they can contact the ground rest plane before the wingtips do.
