Offer Reduced-Height Sections of the Wings and Nose #31

The complaints have piled up, and while I've dragged my feet on this, (since, in my mind, the complaint is somewhat lazy and I can only appease the issue with a totally arbitrary threshold)..... I shall finally relent. The Wings and Nose need to be offered in shorter sections. I do hope that this is the first and last occurrence of the issue: If parts are too big going forward, please, I beg of you all, just use the Part Intersection Modifier feature of your slicer software to section the print volume manually. :)

The Creality Ender 3 is selected as the template/example for the volume/height of sectioned parts. That is, the nose and wings will be sectioned so that each piece is less than 250mm tall. The Ender 3 Build Plate is 220x220mm, so the wing pieces may need to be slightly rotated to fit on the plate.

Partially solved with 9593709, the solar wings are NACA-Duct nose are sectioned at _A and _B parts.

Fully finished at ce00e7db2625b679fa5b0644c8a87afdc569e009. The wings have two variations as usual: The Plain/Vanilla Wing with no solar cells or extra pockets, and the Solar wing with solar cell plumbing and extra pockets for robotics cameras and sensors. Both version have _A and _B inboard / outboard sections explicitly defined for printing on shorter printers. The nose ... oh, I guess I have not sectioned the plain nose ... I forgot the plain nose existed. Ahem, the nose is also sectioned for shorter printers; lets pretend that there isn't yet another nose version out there!
