Add 5050 SMD LED wells and conduits to the tail #4

The wings already have the 5050 SMD LED wells on the wingtips; a nice place to add more LEDs would be the tail aft of the motor, which is already a bit of a unused piece of structure anyway.

Solved by ede11e9. While somewhat occluded by the new tail design, the empennage at least has 5050 SMD LED pockets now. Perhaps one day I'll reposition or add these to the winglets or somewhere else on the tail where they are more visible.
