Larger Vertical Fins, Combined Strakes #5

The v1.0.x release has poor directional stability, and the tacked-on stop-gap solution with the strakes and cardboard additions should be folded into a larger set of fins which blend into what is currently the strakes.

Also, the fin profile is an arbitrary airfoil shape, needs to be replaced with an actual NACA section.

Solved by ede11e9. I didn't end up adding a real airfoil shape, but I did consider the NACA 0008 or NACA 0006. The root and tip are constructed by simple bezier splines: The max thickness for the root is 6% at 27% position. The tip profile has 8% thickness at 30%.
