Modal broken on build #33

Somewhere in our recent work we introduced a bug: click the CBB, and the modal doesn't show up, but space appears at the top of the page (varies exactly how.)

I'm also sometimes seeing the modal text appearing at the top of the page, sometimes not, on non-facebook pages... like this one. Complete blocking-error.

Nightmare above is fixed! But the modal is still a bit broken (title of this bug), clicking tabs doesn't work. The CBB's modal works, the bullhorn's does not work well ... so rebuild the bullhorn to use the same approach / refactor.
