Board must be square with sides configurable between 3-15
[ ] Move the board into its own component
[ ] Make the size a prop
[ ] Update the rendered component, state reducer and any other logic to handle size input
[ ] Add input to allow user to change board size. Might be worth putting this on a separate route / toggle between "in-game" mode and "select board size" mode
