I cannot access the localhost:5000. I tried installing many packages but I cannot yet see my work #22

when I try to http://localhost:5000/ or http://127.0.0.1:5000/ this shows up: This site can’t be reached 127.0.0.1 refused to connect. Try:

Checking the connection Checking the proxy and the firewall ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
