Need to process table columns and links

The HTML Agenda link is being used as the primary key at the moment.

Need further review of comparison of Agenda and Minutes to see if there is the possibility that Minutes would have extra content that was not covered in the minutes.

My first assumption is that minutes and agendas would match because the Agenda would have been modified prior to the meeting. But this still needs to be confirmed.
