Data scrape still needs some adjustment as the motion outcomes (passed, failed, etc) are not being perfect captured. Most likely the <span> that is used around the motion outcome is not consistantly used.

The <span> tag is currently what is used to pull the specific motion outcome. Will review the exceptions found from data review and see if adjustments can be made.

If it is the SIRE word templates not being used correctly, then this is something that City staff can adjust on the files

For initial Drupal test, I will be removing the inconsistent parts of the data and removing the unwanted part of the data
