Images deployed before node saved #37

I've added a new content type which has an image field added to it. When I am in the Create node form and upload an image the image is being automatically deployed to the destination site as soon as it's uploaded, not when the node is saved. I've also tested on the 'Create Deploy (simple)' content type that ships with this distro and the result is the same.

I was expecting that any images/files added to a node would be deployed when the node was deployed. Is this a bug or the expected behavior?
