Web Installer doesn't display errors #40

I was attempting to install RC25 on PostgerSQL, and couldn't get pass the "Setup DB" screen in the wizard.
I would hit continue, the site would do something then remain on the same page, no errors.
Finally figured out I had something wrong with the userid/password.

Same thing happened on the "Configure Site" page, forgot to enter some of the mandatory info, hit enter and remained on the same page, but didn't get anything flaged red nor any error message.
