Mobile menu not showing while logged in (2131881) #25

Because of a conflict between Wet Jquery on the mobile view and drupal admin toolbar, code was added to remove the mobile menu when a user is logged in. This behavior is too heavy handed as you want the mobile menu to show for regular non-admin users.

I'll submit a patch that will change the behavior to hiding the mobile menu only when a user has access to the admin toolbar.
