Missing text format: filtered_html. (2125487) #43

When accessing the Dashboard, a filter alert is thrown in the log drupal log:

TYPE: filter
LOCATION: http://example.com/en/admin/dashboard
REFERRER: http://example.com/en/admin/content/migrate/groups/MegaMenuMigrate/WetKi...
MESSAGE: Missing text format: filtered_html.

The only default formats in the distribution are:
- WYSIWYG CKEDITOR
- HTML
- Plain Text

I'm assuming that either the filtered_html should be added as a default text format or the migrate code should use one of the pre-defined formats instead. If the latter, I can write a patch to use HTML (wetkit_html_text) format instead if that helps.
