Workbench information block removed for now (2129367) #44

After saving a node, the workbench information block appears in the yellow banner. I don't think this useful as the Revision state is often incorrect and there's actions on this block to change revision state which exposes more than it should. The problem I've encountered is a new draft will always say "Published". This may be because the "View draft" tab always displays the published content and not the draft.

I suggest that the block should be off by default. When the workbench bugs are fixed then this can be revisited.
