Megamenu minipanels not loading in admin pages (2129393)

I ran a test on simplytest.me with wetkit (rc23) and confirmed this is not working.

Basically, when visiting regular node view pages, the megamenu minipanel works and renders properly.

When I visit an page with /admin/* in the URL, the megamenu minipanel does not load and only displays the title of the menu item. I called mine "MyMegaMenu" in the screenshot attached.

See the two screenshots, one is for a node view page, and the other is taken on an admin page.

I realized that most of us developers have been using the Wetkit Ember Administration theme, which basically hides all the megamenu navigation bar, so this has not really been on our radar. For my testing, I have not activated any Administration theme and have it set to use the "default theme" which is WetKit Omega.

I also have the WxT Theme Selection set to "Wxt Internet" on this page (/admin/wetkit/wetkit_wetboew).

And finally, I also noticed that when the user hits an "Access denied" page, the megamenu minipanel's don't load either.
