Horizontal site navigation bar not linking when using mega menu. (2145419)

After a fresh install with default content, there exists 4 items in the horizontal site navigation bar (Home, Drupal WCMS, GitHub, and Example Pages). Look at GitHub, for example. In both the "Mega Menu" and "Mega Menu (Insert)" it is linked to github.com, but the navigation bar links it to "#". Same for the other 3 items.

I'm seeing this as I try to implement custom menus and I want those linked to actual pages.
