[ ] Create a branch for phase 3 to work off of.
[ ] Layout Redux state
[ ] Create apartment component
[ ] Make Redux state changes when the add roommate and remove roommate buttons are clicked.

[ ] Animate apartment component so when it expands with information the change is smooth.
